Sue is an Executive Coach and Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 20 years’ experience. She is down to earth, easy to work with and quick to build rapport and establish trust. She is passionate about helping people be the best version of themselves they can be. She is insightful and pragmatic and has an informal and relaxed working style.

Although practised in many different coaching techniques, Sue does not rigidly subscribe to any one specific coaching approach, as this is dependent on the client and the context. She provides a mix of challenge and support to guide her clients in exploring and confronting the issues at hand with honesty, integrity and, more often than not, humour. She works flexibly to develop their self-belief and capability so that they can embrace their potential and realise their goals and ambitions.

Sue specialises in skills, performance and career coaching of transitioning managers e.g. moving from junior to senior partner, from partner to global head, from executive to board director and from middle to senior manager in professional service firms, financial services and government agencies.

She has extensive experience of design and facilitation of senior executive ‘away days’ to align strategy, process and relationships and design and delivery of talent development programmes and management training programmes.
